  • If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Please be aware that the product needs to be in resalable condition to be returned. 
  • All credits are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in the original packaging and unaltered. 
  • SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 
  • Return processing including refunds takes approximately 2-3 days after receiving the product.
  • HOW TO RETURN
    1. Send an email to customerservice@radoauto.com , you must include Order number, Return reason any Pictures that assist in the process.
    2. Rado Auto customer service will review your request and will send and RMA number, RMA number (return merchandise authorization) must be used to send the product back.
    3. Along with RMA we will also provide you the shipping return address. We have multiple warehouses, your return address will vary and DO NOT send it to the address that is on your shipping box.
    4. We will refund within 3 days of receipt of the product into our warehouse. 

 

Hawaii and Alaska Shipping

As you add the product to the cart and you key in the state, you will see shipping cost to Hawaii and Alaska.

Exchanges:

We take your safety seriously, due to manufacturer warranty reasons we cannot support exchanges at this time, you must return the product and reorder the new item.
